Founded in 2007 by Tim Campbell MBE (the first winner of BBC’s ‘The Apprentice’ programme), the Bright Ideas Trust has helped hundreds of young people start their own business in London and is now launching in Newcastle upon Tyne!
The new weekly programme starting at Newcastle City Library on 10th October 2017 is aimed at 18-30 year olds who have an interest in setting up their own business, but with a twist!
Market research will be carried out by a university to see what types of business would survive in the North East. At the end of the programme this research will be presented to the group so they can start the process of launching their own enterprise based on market research there is a proven demand for!
The programme is aimed at 18-30yr olds who are:
– NEETS (Not in employment, education or training)
– A university student from a deprived area
– A single parent working part time & claiming benefits
– Ex-service men & women
